You're
in western Washington, rain is irrelevant.
My
daughter was a year and half before she saw rain. We were waiting to
catch the shuttle to the airport in Sea-Tac.
She
pointed to the sky and said "Daddy's what's that". I asked what she was
pointing at. And she said "that falling from the sky". I told her it
was rain and that God made it for people that didn't have irrigation
systems.
