Pretty darn sure they are only referring to the ponds between the hatcheries.

There are two small ponds down to your left as you come in on the access road and then there are some small ponds if you hike up over the bank by the first bridge. I always thought the ponds by the first bridge were tied into the hatchery somehow so never explored them but my cabin fever is getting the best of me. Anybody ever toss a fly in these area's? Mike
