when we strung up the rods at 8am.  Had the creek to ourselves for about an hour.  Started out throwing scuds in the fast water picking a few nice trout.   I switched over my Devil's Advocate (epoxy leech) and picked up a few more fish in the flat below the fast stretch.   Switched to a pearl/black zonker and hit a few more.  Changed back to a scud and started back up the creek.  Fish moved in tight to the bank in the fast water.  Picked up a couple more.   We walked up creek fished the frog water above the foot bridge- nothing.  Continue up and fished the elbow/fast water and picked up another fish on the Devil's Advocate.  Last stop of the day was above the handicap dock and hit the last fish of the day on a bead head serendipity.  This fish had a ton of eggs in his mouth... just spitting them out along with my fly.
