Title: Re: Tiger trout
Just answered my own question about tiger trout planting by checking out the WDFW's Weekended page, which says in part:

No tiger trout were checked in opening day catches, but Korth reports they should be about 13 inches now in both Lenice and Nunnally lakes.

The report also suggests that we flyfishers must be quite a patient lot:

Opener checks showed Lenice Lake with the highest fish-per-angler average at 5.6 and one of the lowest fish-per-hour rates at 1.6 . . .

That translates to 3.5 hours for the average angler to achieve the fish-per-angler count mentioned.
