Lake Fenwick has lots of perch, sunfish and some bass. It's just east of Pacific Hwy a bit near Kent-DesMoines Rd. It has a public launch and a nice little park. The perch/sunfish/bass fishing is best at the south end where there are lots of weeds.
good luck! My 8 & 10 year old daughters are coming up to stay with dad for a couple of weeks, and I'd like to take them fishing. I'm looking for a place to drown worms with them, with the expectation of fishing for nothing more exotic than yellow perch / bluegills. Ideally someplace that'll take a pram and electric motor, and some place within a couple of hours drive of Seattle. I tried taking them last year to Flowing Lake, but we got skunked. And slow fishing makes for very irritable children in a small boat, so I'm looking for a pretty sure thing (if such exists within 2 hrs of Seattle!). Thanks in advance. Sean
