Orvis, if they have the wader in stock at the store, will send you out the door with a new pair of waders, assuming the warranty is still in place. I have had that experience, as well as a buddy of mine. No questions asked. I even took a pair in, on which the warranty had expired, and they gave me a discounted price on a new pair. Now I have not had any problems with briers or stickers, etc., but get me anywhere near a barbed wire fence and it immediately will attact my waders. Is goretex magnetic?

Hey Richard,

Are you sure you get immediate help on problems with the waders? I'm just
asking because I figure you must know from experience.

With a rod they send it in for repair rather than handing you a new one...
I had to wait 9 or 10 weeks to get my new Orvis 1-oz. after the Bellevue
shop sent it back for me. Ouch!

Jim
