That's the lake I'll be fishin'. I'm looking forward to it; fishing w. buggers can be so satisfying.
My plan is to "dolly" my pontoon boat over to Cottonwood lake in the morning, fish til 11:00 or so, then visit Cooper lake, hike around a bit, and drop into the water around 3:00. Although on your suggestion I might change my plan and fish the river up from Cooper Lake during midday. I can hardly wait. --- Uncle Brad and Elly <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > are you talking the cooper lake up in the salmon la > sac area? i fished this > last year and caught some nice brown trout on a > green wooly bugger. i had a > sinking line on but i was trolling in my kickboat so > it was probably closer > to the surface because it was getting pulled up . > it's a beauty of a lake. > have a great time .let me know how you did. i've > also fished the river up > stream of the lake and there was a report of a > 28inch brown spotted during a > snorkle survey of the stream. > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "David Holmes" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Sent: Tuesday, July 15, 2003 12:24 AM > Subject: CooperLake and Cottonwood Lake patterns? > > > > I'm planning a day trip and hope to visit both > Cooper > > Lake and Cottonwood lake (up the road from Lost > Lake) > > in Kititas county.
