Title: RE: Okay, I give. It is not a bull trout parr.

Forgot to say, from what Ive been told, the quickest way in the field to tell the difference between a brookie and a bull trout is to look for the vermiculation along the dorsal area and dorsal fin.  The vermiculation are worm-like markings, and are only present in the brook trout, if its a bull trout it wont have them

I got contacted offline and I stand corrected.

I now believe that the fish picture is another brook trout and not a bull trout parr.

All I got to say is that they sure look different here than in NY.

Can someone post a bull trout parr picture so I know what to look for next time.
