Kent, I would sure hate to see that happen! Even though I've only been lurking for the past few months this list is basically the only thing that resembles fishing that I have had time to do lately. I've just been swamped at work and have not been able to head out to the waters to wet a line. So please keep posting/fishing for those of us that don't have the time to go!
BTW: I would suggest maybe having a raffle to help defray the costs of the list. Perhaps you could get some of the LFS in Washington to help support the list by donating some prizes! Just a thought! To put a finer point on my earlier question, it takes more than walking around money every year to host the site, database and mailing list software associated with this mailing list as well as to renew the domain name every few years. As these hard costs have to come from someone's pocket, should I/we assume that the lack of posting to the list indicates a lack of interest? If so, should we just let the WAFF list die when current contracts expire? Kent Lufkin >I count eleven posts to this list in the past week. Last there were >over 100 during the same period.
