Right on Bob. The first link is to the same light I use, (oops, I meant my daughter lost :) Note the online price is $3 less than that charged for the same light at local fly shops. However, the online site charges $5.34 for UPS Ground shipping (4-6 days) so buying it locally will save a buck or so, even including sales tax.
I haven't played much with the stuff. The first couple times I struggled to keep from getting too much on the knot and my bigger blobs required the light to be exposed on both sides.
Brendan, perhaps I got a newer tube or a different formula as my blobs aren't tacky at all. I'll try some on a fly in the next couple days.
