All this stuff is a little fancy for the little wagons I dine.
I usually have adobada or pastor tacos. They are spicy pork (possibly
some sort of barbecued mystery pig) with onions and cilantro. They
are served on two six inch steamed corn tortillas. Add some salsa
verde and squeeze some fresh lime on them and you're in pig heaven.
They're usually a buck apiece and the best wagon I've found so far is
on Main Street across from the Coast to Coast Hardware in Monroe.
It's very near the Reformatory so you know it HAS to be good. If you
eat a few of these before you put on your waders then cinch your
wading belt REAL tight, you will test the bounds of your breathable
waders.
