I just got back from fishing the green river and it has was slow and has been slow. The dam has been raising flows each afternoon that has been putting fishing off. We went to fish the cicadas that usually provide awesome dry fishing this time of year, but because of the cool weather, it snowed on us on Saturday, they are late this year. Even a couple of my favorite secret streams down there fished terrible.
