I use the Tidelog tide book. It has one week on two pages with the tides, sunrise, sunset, moon phase, and date shown. It gives me room to write a short narrative about weather, what was caught, what time and what flies used and provides easy reference for each year since the book is good for one year. They run about $15 or so, and allow me to recheck prior years.
I was unable to find one one year, and felt lost without it.
