Well done, Jim.

Subject: Re: Whitefish recipes requested

An old family recipe passed on to me by my Father.

Dip the whitefish is beer batter and fry along
with some scallions or onions and the veggies of
your choice...I like a few carrots and some
chopped celery. And garlic of course. Season to
taste.

In a separate pan steam some steamer clams.

When fish is almost done, remove it from the pan.
Add some nice shrimp, maybe a few scallops to the
fry pan. When the shrimp and scallops are almost
done, add the steamers. This is a good time to
add other veggies. If you need more liquid, you
can add a little fish or chicken broth. Maybe some
fresh quartered tomatoes (please leave the skin
and seeds for me), summer squash or whatever
floats your boat.

Now throw the whitefish away and eat the shrimp,
scallops, steamers and veggies.
