'go for the 7200 - I reckon the speed difference is noticeable.

Anecdote:
I recently talked a guy through (via a phone hookup) a 7200RPM 
IBM Desktar installation into a fanless iMac. 'took me awhile to 
sort the case removal (different case design to the fan iMacs I 
was used to) - it's been running fine for the last year.
