I had the same problem but you have to delete the items in the "Servers folder" which is located in the "System folder" because Appleshare Prep is outdated. I have experienced no problems since deleting the items in the "Servers folder".
PS. DO NOT DELETE Appleshare. Doing this could cause you serious problems.
