There actually was a Dual 800 G4 with 22" Cinema Display on eBay a few weeks that was in Perth, so it might be part of that.
And yeah, believe it or not, there actually will be a handful of people that will upgrade their 22s to new 23s. Desktop Applications are selling quite a few Cinema Displays these days.
