Hope some one can help.
Color stylewriter pro - yes I know it's old - started displaying a message
along the lines of "waste ink tank is full" but kept printing while my
daughter was using it - hence I did not see the exact message.
That message now no longer appears but the printer refuses to recognise the
black ink cartridge and gives the normal:
"the black ink cartridge is either missing or empty................."
message.
I have replaced the cartridge and still no success.
Prints in all other colours.
Using 8.6 on a G3 266.
Any thoughts or suggestions will be appreciated.
