Received an email from a Real Estate agent with an embedded gif and it froze Entourage. Happened in OS9 AND OSX running Ent. In Classic mode. Then Entourage wouldn't even quit in 10.2, and Mac had trouble with soft restart so I restarted (G4/450 SP running 10.2.3)using restart button.
Now iTunes 3 and Safari won't work. (iPhoto and Explorer will). The dock has lost the icons that I put in there. Anyone have any ideas what to do? Is there a preference file or something that I delete? Thanks in advance, Brett Carboni Tsunami "iDock your sushi here"
