I have the alcatel speed touch pro 4 port modem/router from Telstra running 2 windoze and a 5500 mac. No problems at all, works a dream. The set up disc that they supply is not brilliant as you still have to put in your own settings (at least I did). Appletalk on, connection by ethernet. They gave me a one port modem.
What I need to do is have four home computers hitting the web at the same time -when the kids come home. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good router router/modem at reasonable prices/ If I can cut costs and work with the alcatel modem that is fine, it just means more cables.
