deskjet 5550 came up quite nice ballance for what I'd look for except
for one thing...
the ability to feed through thick card or other material using a
straight through print path, I recall seeing sometime ago a printer
that could print directly on to CD -R's by using a plastic board with
depressions in it that the CD's were placed in to and that the
printer simply pulled this board from the back to the front printing
on the CD's as they went through, the review also, by feeding it
through the same way, demonstrated that the printer could also print
to quite thick card and even thin corrugated cardboard.
Anybody know of an inkjet printer that will do this (particularly
printing directly to CD-Rs)?
