Ditto... I have the same experience.
Some days are ok, on others I can get the home page but no email, yet again on others I can receive email but cannot send it (or vice versa). Numerous calls have been made to their tech support line, and everything on the face of the earth has been blamed except iinet. Cable is to long or wrong brand? Telstra is at fault, or it is the lightning, it is a systemic problem with OS9/X or what ever system I happen to be running. Basically their customer service sucks!!! Ken...
