Yes, all the real repeats have the same sent date/time, that's how I noticed
your twelve listed with the same subject were, in fact, repeats of four
different emails:
reply to Richard Kay sent 09:15 (3copies)
reply to Phillip Arena sent 09:16 (2 copies)
reply to John Currie sent 09:19 (2 copies)
reply to Peter Hinchcliffe sent 09:22 (5 copies)

The fact that I've had such a different number of repeats for these four
emails all sent from the same origin within 7 minutes of each other just
highlights the random nature of the problem.
