Ohayoo gozaimasu, sumimasen onegai shimasu....
What is the windows 2000/XP equivalent of this:
<http://ecel-mark.ecel.uwa.edu.au/~marksecker/character_palatte.mov>
Basically a floating pallet that allows a user to enter non Apha
Numeric characters (this palette can also show mathmatical formula
symbols) directly in to the front applications window without using
multiple keystrokes per character.
if there is no such windows app (unlikely) then this to the windows hordes:

(susmimasen, is "kakimasoo" in romaji the old way of spelling "we
write" , "kakimasu" now?)
