but for not meeting the retail experience I'd consider it - sounds like a challenge and after a week like this one I could do with a career change (don't start me on it - VIP user's hard disk crashed terminally so - they had done no backups but expected us to have sent the Retrospect backup fairy to have come and bless his mac without having asked us to do so)
