MS Office 98 question.

Hi all. I have just bought an iMac for my wife to do the office work on 
as her old iMac was in the process of dying :-(. Transferring her stuff 
across has been not an insignificant task but I am winning.  My real 
problems are MS related (surprise,surprise!).  In WORD there is a 
system that when you start putting addresses into the document (think 
it is called  Autotext)    it completes them. Where is this stored? 
Also where are the styles stored?
