Interesting bug in 10.3.4 ... at least on a 12" iBook G4 1GHz.
Force the screen saver to kick in a couple of times (i.e. using hot
corner) ... then check your display.
Has the machine switched from the Color LCD profile to the generic RGB
profile (very bluish)?
Force the screen saver to kick in a couple of more times ... with a bit
of luck the machine will revert back to Color LCD profile ... if not
... manually force it back using the display preference panel.
Anyone else observed this?
Very reproducible. A bit annoying. And quite a thread on it developing
on the Apple forums in the G4 iBook section (under Display).
Agghhhh ... life on the bleeding edge! ;-)
Just the iBook or are the PowerBooks similarly affected?
