It may be impossible to get second-hand ones, but Apple still sells ones new
that are appropriate for G4 laptops, or you could try PBFixIt, which stocks
just about every component for Apple laptops that you can think of

They pretty much don't exist, no matter whether it's for the white iBooks or
the older clam shell ones.  The laptops keep going on forever, so there's
almost never any spare power supplies floating around.  And there's always
heaps of people looking for spare ones, so they get snapped up pretty quick
if they do ever turn up.
