It's not uncommon for me to get a callout for a Mac job and while I'm there be asked to look at a PC. Invariably I spent 1 hour or so on the Mac and then 3 hours de-lousing PC's and applying patches and installing up to date anti virus and spyware. Sometimes the networking subsystem of windows is so compromised by programs that change your dns and take you to gambling or porn sites that with the spyware removed the internet just doesn't work anymore and a re-install of windows is necessary.
I just worry that as the rats leave the ship the spyware, porn and other scumsucking merchants of filth out there might start eyeing of the Mac platform. I think Mac OSX is well designed but I believe the reason we are mostly immune is market share rather than inherent security of the OS.
