Hi James
Thanks for the advice with address book. For others interested, I found
it is the same for ical.
You can export your selected calander out as a specific ical file and
transfer that to the new computer. Open ical on the new computer and
import this file, and you have a duplicate of your calendar from the
other machine.
kind regards and many thanks
chris

Hi list
Im in the middle of changing from a desktop to a powerbook as my main
mac and Im not sure how to transfer all my ical and address book
contents to the new system. Can someone please advise me so I can
continue to use all my addresses and access previous ical entries. I
have done all my mail in and out, via library in users. Unfortunately
ical does not have the same. I think Address book does but am not
