Hi as others, have already mentioned I am I receiving a larger than normal amount of junk mail, into my Inbox and are not being filtered into the Junk mail box.

I have been into preferences and set it to:

Enable Junk Mail filtering

When Junk Mail arrives: Move it to the Junk mailbox (Automatic)

The following types of messages are exempt from Junk mail filtering: Sender of message is in my Address Book.

But I still keep getting Junk in particular those ones that only what appears to be a random 8 alpha name and then the @Whatever.net. They have no message. I have searched these names in my Address book and none of them are there! does anyone have any idea as to how they are getting past the filtering and how to set the filtering to stop them?

I had previously set the Sender of message is in my previous recipients - to allow but have now turned it off along with "Trust Junk Mail headers set by your internet Service Provider." But even this seem to have had no effect.

I am currently working on my family tree with Reunion and sometimes I receive mail from people I have not previously been in contact with, so I was a little worried when turning these settings off, but as they have had no apparent effect on the filtering should I turn them back on?

Thanks for your help.
