This might be of interest to site members who like to tinker with electronics. In the toy department at Myers Garden City is a table with stuff discounted by 90 percent. There is a whole pile of fairly robust looking Lemax power supplies with an an output of 4.5 volts DC, 700ma. The voltage is equal to three 1.5 volt dry cells. The original price was about $25. So now they are $2.50. I bought two. I have a specific purpose in mind. They still had about 20 units yesterday afternoon and no one was buying them. They seem sure to be still there today. (Thurs).
