does anybody know anything about these?
some one on a camera forum was saying that both the EOS 300D and the new EOS 350D's have firmware that is essentially "crippleware" that disable functions to position them lower in the marketing mix than the more expensive prosumer units (like the old Powerbooks non DVD-W DVD-RW drives and the iBooks "non extended" desktop video card) and that like the Apple laptops they should be able to be moded to give the extra features back.
