Hi dianna,

Since it is offering you the option to "save this file to your disk", I
would do that. I generally find it is easier to do this with image files -
you can then try any of the image viewers/editors at you disposal to view or
otherwise deal with them.

In my opinion, this should be easier than trying to configure your browser
to open what may be one problem image (reconfiguring each time you want to
try a different application).

Since you have Graphic converter I would start with that since I often find
that it can open files that other programs reject (incompletely downloaded
jpegs for example).

So... save to disc, open graphic converter then try to open the saved file
from the GC "file open" menu.
