I know I have talked to other WAMUG members about this problem before but it still bedevils me.
When I receive a Word file from someone into Mail, the file is Read Only which means I have to go through several steps if I want to alter it and save the changes. Does this happen to other people or only me? Even if I send myself a Read and Write file it comes back Read Only. This happens if I use Mail or Entourage to send it. It occurs only with Mail and not Entourage. Is there a setting I can change? Lloyd --
