So, I guess we didn't get exactly the answers we wanted, but ....
WestNet did listen to our concerns, investigated them, and did get=20
back to us with their findings.
Thanks for posting their reply Ronni.
Pfft to their answers though ;-) It reads as though management policy
doesn't include Mac stuff. Listened but didn't hear, as they say in
LA.
As I said to Craig, their loss because they're no longer my homepage
and any of those naughty ads won't get viewed at my place.
Widgets looks like it will let OS X users do away with second-hand

Hi Nancy, Craig, Shay & other people interested in this thread.
WestNet have asked me to give them constructive feedback from our list,
which I have been doing.

Questions from WestNet :
"Does Retrospect offer a 1 step backup to FTP, or is it a case of
backing up with Retrospect, and then FTPing the file up for off-site
protection? Unless it’s a fairly basic one step product, it would be
difficult to offer, because the support aspect would be horrendous.
If I understand .Mac correctly, it’s an Apple service, and not
something we could offer (we could point customers to it of course). Is
that correct?"
They are listening to us.
Cheers,
Ronni
When Microsoft asks you, "Where do you want to go today?" Tell them,
"Apple!"
