It should go through and bring them all through that way. (Be aware that if you have a lot of songs it can take a while and look like it's "frozen". Re the iPod, you can't unfortunately take the songs off the iPod (Due to "copyright" restrictions,...but we won't go there.) You can use a program called iPodRip, which "opens" the iPod for you. <http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/20083> (Don't steal music, only use what's yours, yadda yadda yadda) :o) With this little utility you can bring it back into iTunes if the first way doesn't work.
