I am unable to get the image capture window to load and therefore
cannot utilise the software.I have spent considerable time on the Canon
help line trying many things including downloading the latest driver
software, all at the instigation of the Canon tech. He said he would
further investigate and ring me back.He has not done so and I suspect
he has lost interest.
Iphoto works fine so there is no problem with the camera connection. I
would guess the problem lies with my operating system- 10.3.8, the
camera manual states 10.3.?
Has anyone experienced this difficulty.
I have a G5 iMac and PowerShot A520 camera.
