howdy
in 10.3.8 ( recently updated from 10.2.8), but as a clean install
my wifes' user account seems to be having difficulties with a large
number of things
1. safari will not allow bookmarks
2. some apps will not open
3. dock will not keep changes
4. library>preferences has red negative symbol on it, with permission
set to Admin, which I reset to her user name, red symbol has remained
5. constantly say no keychain - reset to default!
other users
myself, admin ( root user) and daughter all work okay
I have run disk utility once, while in wifes account, it changed a
few things ( that thats what it said) but seems to have no effect on
the above
any suggestion on what is going on, and how to remedy the issue
