You can do conversion in Photoshop using Actions and Batch (i.e., "record a macro", then run it as a "batch job"). You definitely want conversion. 'Assignment' is probably what's *causing* your problem -- the pharmacies may be assigned sRGB instead of honouring your Adobe RGB.
