My friend has an iMac, OS 10.4.2 For some reason the Widgets icon is not showing in the Dock. There is a file of widgets in the library. How can we get the icon back in the dock?
Another problem is the Desktop. Nothing appears to be on the desktop but when we go to the Desktop file in his Home it lists about 30 jpeg files, all with zero k in them. They appear to be empty icons of photographs and movies. When I went to trash them a warning came up not to. They appear one at a time when we click on the open desktop. All very strange to me. How can they be listed but not appear on the desktop? Lloyd
