Hi Bob,

already emptied the cache and deleted preferences. Just did the cookies. Still quits on start up. Thanks for the suggestions.

                      regards
                      Eugene

Hi all,

this has happened before. Software update suggests updating security patches etc. After the update and restart Safari quits and refuses to work. Last time I needed to do a Java update to cure it. This time no luck. Any suggestions?

OS X 10.3.9
Safari 1.3.1

                      regards

1 Empty Cache

and then restart ..... say again.. Restart
