Hi Chris, I get it pretty much every second time I try. I redial and it works again straight after. No idea what causes it though, so if you do find out please let me know.
I'm running OS10.3 on a G4 tower, by the way, I can't recall having the problem with OS9, but that's not to say I didn't.
