Yep. I have a Mac Mini plugged into my Dell 24" at times as well as my PowerBook G4. It is capable of driving the Dell at the full 1920x1200 resolution and works fine using VGA - and I'm pretty sure I tried it once using DVI as well. (I'll check tomorrow if you wish) > 2.
