Hey folks,
my IPod (30 Gig, 1 month old will not appear in I Tunes now, was
before, When I connect it the screen says an update is available, when
I enter the password it says
"The iPod could not be unmounted because it is in use. Please close any
open files on the iPod and try again."
The IPod is not on, just connected to the G4 via the usual lead.
On the Ipod it tells me videos are in the VIDEO folder but when I play
them they are audio files?!
Is there a procedure for connection that I'm not aware of?
Weird... any ideas?
