If you think the speaker cone or coil are blown then Short Fuse
Speaker Repairs are an authorised JBL speaker repairers (or at least
was when I used to deal with them) note though that they generally
deal with high end HiFi, professional PA & guitar/bass instrument
amps stuff so their price may be a little high.
I'll bet you 10 to 1 though that it's just a pinched (internally
broken) cable or a dry solder or other cable issue which would be a
cheap repair (usually just what ever the minimum labour charge is)
