Several of my mailboxes appear to have been corrupted and show white
rather than blue in the mailbox panel. This has happened over some
time and I find that mail that I put in them does not show. For all
of them the Rebuild option is greyed out, for the blue mailboxes it
is active.
How do I fix these mailboxes?
