likewise Ive never bothered to remove resource fork... the smaller
image that a PC user would often see is the thumbnail/preview image
that was part of the resource fork (which they see as a second
separate file)
Hi Lloyd,
I've been going back and fourth between Mac and Windows for a few
years, lots of pictures with work, and I have no problems.
Occasionally (on the PC having been sent from a Mac) one photo appears
twice, one is a much smaller file, and that wont open, but the larger
photo works fine. I've never bothered removing the resource fork.
Kind regards,
Kelly

Is this removing the resource fork necessary these days or not? Or do I have
the bull by the wrong end?
