The software used to switch is Virtue Desktop
<http://virtuedesktops.info/>, and obviously the software running XP and
Fedora Linux is the Parallels beta (beta 4 has full screen now)
<http://www.parallels.com/en/download/mac/>.
There is also a version of Virtue that runs on PPC macs too. If you
have ever used multiple desktops on Linux, you will know how handy this
little bit of software can be!
