I have recently been looking at this with my step-son in Dubai who
uses a PC.
Video has recently become available in Skype for Windows.
The Mac and Linux versions are currently on the production line, but
not yet available.
That is propbably why the PC can see you but Skype on your Mac
cannot see them.
